Shipping Policy – Sugarcane Bagasse Tableware
This Shipping Policy explains how we manage domestic and international deliveries of our eco-friendly sugarcane bagasse tableware.
Our goal is to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery while maintaining transparency for all customers.
1. Domestic Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time:
Major cities: 3–5 days
Rural/remote areas: 5–7 days
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free delivery.
Orders below this value incur a flat shipping fee of ₹100.
We use trusted courier partners to ensure quick and secure delivery across India.
2. International Shipping
We ship globally to EU, UK, USA, Canada, and other countries.
Trade Terms:
Default: FOB (Free on Board) Port of Loading.
Optional: CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available upon request.
Delivery Time:
Sea Freight: 20–35 days
Air Freight: 7–12 days
Express (DHL/FedEx): 3–6 days
Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs clearance unless DDP terms are agreed.
Tracking information will be shared once goods are dispatched.
3. Packaging & Protection
Products are packed in export-grade cartons with inner cushioning and moisture protection.
We use eco-friendly, recyclable, and FSC-certified packaging materials wherever possible.
Palletization and shrink wrapping are available for bulk export orders.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of returned goods.
For bulk/export orders, returns must be in sealed full cartons only.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
Any damage, defect, or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.
We will replace or refund defective products at our cost after verification.
6. Customs, Duties, and Delays
Import duties, VAT, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are specified.
We provide all required export documents:
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, Certificate of Origin, etc.
We are not liable for delays due to customs clearance, weather, or force majeure, but will keep the buyer informed promptly.
