Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
1. Returns
- We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sugartableware.com with your order number.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items - replacement/exchange
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and your order number within 10 working days for replacement / exchange
- We will replace/exchange the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
- If any replacement or exchange is approved, the new items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of your request approved.
4. Services
- Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Please contact us at info@sugartableware.com to discuss a refund for a service.
5. Cancellations
- Domestic: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. No cancellation after shipping.
- Exports: No cancellation after confirmation or sample approval. SugarTableware may cancel orders due to unavailability or technical issues, with full refund provided in such cases.
