Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sugartableware.com with your order number.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items - replacement/exchange

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and your order number within 10 working days for replacement / exchange
  • We will replace/exchange the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • If any replacement or exchange is approved, the new items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of your request approved.

4. Services

  • Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please contact us at info@sugartableware.com to discuss a refund for a service.

5. Cancellations

  • Domestic: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. No cancellation after shipping.
  • Exports: No cancellation after confirmation or sample approval. SugarTableware may cancel orders due to unavailability or technical issues, with full refund provided in such cases.
